Instructions

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts between plastic wrap using a meat mallet until they’re about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then lay two slices of prosciutto on each breast and top with a sage leaf.
  3. Coat the chicken lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.
