  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned.
  3. Stir in paprika, then add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes, then blend the soup until smooth.
  5. Stir in milk, soy sauce, and lemon juice; season to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
