Delicious zucchini noodles, or zoodles, sautéed to perfection with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite sauce (marinara, pesto, etc.)
  • Optional toppings (grated cheese, herbs, or nuts)

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the zucchinis, then spiralize them into noodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add zoodles, and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender but firm.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  4. Add your favorite sauce, mix well, and serve hot.
