  • 1 cup hot Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Cook the crumbled sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface.
  4. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and top with sausage, feta, mozzarella, and optional red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Drizzle honey over the hot pizza.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot.
