Ingredients

  • 1 pound of spicy sausage
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of beer (your favorite type)
  • 1/2 cup of diced onions
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the spicy sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low, mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted, about 5 minutes.
  4. Slowly pour in the beer, add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with green onions, and serve warm with chips or veggies.

  • For a milder dip, use regular sausage instead of spicy.
