- 1 pound of spicy sausage
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of beer (your favorite type)
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the spicy sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted, about 5 minutes.
- Slowly pour in the beer, add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with green onions, and serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
- For a milder dip, use regular sausage instead of spicy.
- Feel free to customize the dip with your favorite vegetables.
