  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  • Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle cornstarch over the mixture to thicken the sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with green onions. Serve hot!
