- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onions (sliced, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the mixture to thicken the sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with green onions. Serve hot!
