- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
