  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
