- 4–6 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (Boneless thighs can be used as a substitute.)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour half of the honey mustard glaze over them.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- During the last 5-10 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the chicken.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
