Bright, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings, these Honey Lime Fruit Skewers are a delightful way to enjoy seasonal fruits with a zesty twist!

  • Total Time: 15

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled)
  • 2 cups pineapple (cut into chunks)
  • 2 cups watermelon (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Wooden skewers (or metal, if you have them!)

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and prep your fruit by washing and cutting them into appropriate sizes.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice. This will be your delicious dressing!
  • Take a wooden skewer and begin threading the fruit onto it. I like to start with a strawberry, followed by a piece of pineapple, then watermelon, and so on. Make it colorful!
  • Once you’ve filled the skewer, drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit. You can also serve it on the side for dipping!
  • Repeat the process until all the fruit is skewered. You can make as many as you like!
  • Let the skewers sit for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. This gives the flavors a chance to meld together.
