Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, honey, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, dried lavender, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
