Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the honey glaze over the salmon, ensuring they are well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- For extra caramelization, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes at the end, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
