- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Brush the honey glaze generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- If you want an extra crispy glaze, you can broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
