- 4 fillets cod
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the honey ginger mixture over the cod fillets, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or sliced green onions before serving.
