- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Brush the honey garlic mixture generously over the salmon.
- Arrange the broccoli florets, bell peppers, and carrots around the salmon on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Prepare your rice according to package instructions.
- Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by the salmon and roasted vegetables.
- Drizzle any remaining honey garlic sauce over the top, and garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, or green onions.
