- 1 lb salmon fillet (skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium if preferred)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated, optional for extra kick)
- chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and ginger.
- Marinate the salmon pieces in the mixture for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the salmon.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
