- 1 lb kielbasa (sliced into 1/4-inch rounds)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa in the skillet. Stir well to coat all the pieces.
- Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. The sauce will thicken and become sticky.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
