  • 1 lb kielbasa (sliced into 1/4-inch rounds)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa in the skillet. Stir well to coat all the pieces.
  • Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. The sauce will thicken and become sticky.
