- 1 pound salmon fillet (skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and gently toss until they’re well coated with the marinade.
- Let the salmon marinate for about 10 minutes while your oven heats up.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon bites in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Bring reserved marinade to a simmer for extra glaze.
- Drizzle the reserved glaze over the salmon bites for added flavor.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
