- 1 pound pork tenderloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- Add the pork to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the pork in the skillet, stirring to coat.
- Transfer the pork to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
