Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into sticks.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and stir in honey.
- Toss the carrot sticks with the honey garlic butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Spread carrots on a baking sheet and roast in the oven.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway; garnish with parsley before serving.
