Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into sticks.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and stir in honey.
  4. Toss the carrot sticks with the honey garlic butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread carrots on a baking sheet and roast in the oven.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway; garnish with parsley before serving.
