A delicious and easy recipe for honey garlic butter meatballs cooked in one skillet, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • Total Time: 30

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken for lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for crunch)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Form the meat mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil (if using).
  • Once the meatballs are cooked through, pour the honey garlic sauce over them. Let it simmer for about 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm. Enjoy!
