- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!))
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, sour cream, milk, honey Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange them over the chicken mixture.
- If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the biscuits.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
