A cozy and delicious casserole made with shredded chicken, honey Dijon mustard, and flaky biscuits. Perfect for family dinners!

  • Total Time: 45

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!))
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, sour cream, milk, honey Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange them over the chicken mixture.
  • If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the biscuits.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
