- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. This helps them cook quickly and evenly.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s golden and cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the honey and minced garlic.
- Once the chicken is done, pour the honey butter mixture over it in the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Let everything cook together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
