Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the onion and jalapeños.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and cilantro.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Let sit for 15-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
