Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the peach mixture into the cream mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- If using an ice cream maker, churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. If not, pour into a freezer-safe container.
- Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours if not using an ice cream maker.
