- 4 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour melted butter over the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly in a greased baking dish, then sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm with ice cream!
