  • 4 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Pour melted butter over the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  • Spread the peach mixture evenly in a greased baking dish, then sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm with ice cream!
