  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ready-made pie crust

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the crust by placing it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until smooth.
  • Add the heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the sliced peaches until they're coated in the custard mixture.
  • Carefully pour the peach and custard mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  • Place the pie in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the custard is set.
