  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, lemon juice, and half of the brown sugar.
  • Transfer the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  • Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
