- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, lemon juice, and half of the brown sugar.
- Transfer the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
