- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup caramel candies
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast pecans for 5-7 minutes.
- Melt caramel candies and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- On a lined baking sheet, cluster three toasted pecans and spoon melted caramel over them.
- Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel-covered pecans generously.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate to set.
