Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ounces egg noodles or rice noodles
- 8 ounces flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cooking your noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
- Now, toss in the broccoli florets and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Mix well to combine everything, allowing the sauce to coat the beef and veggies.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
