Instructions
- Rinse trout fillets and pat dry; chop herbs.
- Mix herbs, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season trout with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet.
- Spread herb mixture over trout fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky and crust is golden.
- Mix softened butter, lemon juice, and orange juice for citrus butter.
- Serve trout with citrus butter drizzled on top.
