- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Huli Huli sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium pineapple, sliced into rings
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- to taste green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Start by marinating the chicken breasts in Huli Huli sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- While the chicken is grilling, add the pineapple rings and bell pepper slices to the grill.
- Once everything is cooked, build your stack! Start with a piece of grilled chicken, add a pineapple ring, some bell pepper, shredded lettuce, and avocado slices.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with extra Huli Huli sauce on the side.
