  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken thighs in Hawaiian BBQ sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  • Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
