- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix harissa paste and honey together.
- Coat the chicken with the harissa honey mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the flatbreads. Spread a layer of Greek yogurt on each flatbread.
- Top with sliced cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it and place on top of the prepared flatbreads.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
