A flavorful combination of spicy harissa and sweet honey glazed over tender chicken, served on warm flatbreads.

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix harissa paste and honey together.
  • Coat the chicken with the harissa honey mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • While the chicken is baking, prepare the flatbreads. Spread a layer of Greek yogurt on each flatbread.
  • Top with sliced cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  • Once the chicken is done, slice it and place on top of the prepared flatbreads.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
