Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms; sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and cooked rice; season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
