  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
  • Layer half of the croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with half of the ham and Swiss cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and let sit for 10 minutes.
