- 4 large croissants (torn into pieces)
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
- Layer half of the croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle with half of the ham and Swiss cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
