A hearty ham and potato casserole that’s easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of diced potatoes (about 4 large potatoes)
  • 2 cups of diced ham
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, ham, cheese, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
