Ingredients

- 4 cups of diced potatoes (about 4 large potatoes)
- 2 cups of diced ham
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, ham, cheese, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
- Let sit for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
