- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
