  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))

Instructions

  • Soak bamboo skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
  • Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  • Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
