Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the scallops, then marinate them in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the remaining lemon juice and salt for the glaze.
- Grill the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and golden.
- Drizzle the lemon butter glaze over the grilled scallops and garnish with parsley before serving.
