- 4 whole ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- While the grill heats up, prepare the peaches. Cut them in half and remove the pits.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush the peach halves with the mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until you see nice grill marks.
- Carefully flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly.
- Remove from the grill and let them cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
- Serve warm, and enjoy!
