Delicious grilled peaches that are sweet, smoky, and perfect for summer.

  • 4 whole ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • While the grill heats up, prepare the peaches. Cut them in half and remove the pits.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Brush the peach halves with the mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until you see nice grill marks.
  • Carefully flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly.
  • Remove from the grill and let them cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
  • Serve warm, and enjoy!
