Instructions
- Clean and cut the squid into rings.
- Marinate the squid with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the squid rings for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
- Combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion in a bowl.
- Add grilled squid to the salad and toss gently.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
