Ingredients
Scale
- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons juice
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by preparing the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure it’s hot before placing the salmon on it.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
