A delicious and easy recipe for grilled salmon with fresh lemon and herbs. Perfect for summer meals!

  • Total Time: 42

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons juice
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by preparing the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure it’s hot before placing the salmon on it.
  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
