  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Husk the corn and remove any silk, rinsing under cold water.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  • Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Remove from grill and brush with any remaining garlic butter, sprinkling with parsley if desired.
