- 4 ears fresh corn (husked)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove any silk, rinsing under cold water.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and brush with any remaining garlic butter, sprinkling with parsley if desired.
