Instructions
- Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the softened butter, chili powder, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- Place the corn on the grill and grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush it with the chili lime butter mixture.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
