Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked to 165°F.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Toast bread slices until golden brown.
- Assemble sandwich with mayonnaise, grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and optional cheese between toasted bread slices.
