  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or Italian seasoning for added flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill over medium heat.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on top of the chicken. Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Remove from the grill and top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
