Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  • Add olive oil, salt, and minced garlic to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Gradually mix in the flour until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped rosemary.
  • Divide the dough into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  • Cover with a towel and let rise for 20 minutes.
