- 2 fillets sea bass
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced ginger, sliced onion, and soy sauce.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the fish fillets.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the sea bass fillets in the skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the fish and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- In the same skillet, add the onion and ginger mixture and sauté until fragrant.
- Serve the fried sea bass topped with the sautéed ginger and onions.
