  • 2 fillets sea bass
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the minced ginger, sliced onion, and soy sauce.
  • Sprinkle cornstarch over the fish fillets.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully place the sea bass fillets in the skillet.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove the fish and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • In the same skillet, add the onion and ginger mixture and sauté until fragrant.
