- 4 fillets tilapia
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each fillet generously.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the fish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
