  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
