- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Combine crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles, placing them in the greased baking dish.
- Spoon the crab mixture over the crescent roll base.
- Fold the points of the crescent rolls over the filling.
- Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
