A delicious and easy-to-make bake combining crab meat, cream cheese, and crescent rolls for a perfect meal or appetizer.

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Combine crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles, placing them in the greased baking dish.
  • Spoon the crab mixture over the crescent roll base.
  • Fold the points of the crescent rolls over the filling.
  • Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
